Even if you have found what you want in the list of products, we will confirm your order and delivery time after having exchanged with you with a video confirmation call (Teams, FaceTime, Zoom, Google). This call is absolutely necessary to validate together that we meet your needs.  After this call if you confirm your need, then you can send us an order, and we will send you an invoice to pay with the products. In all cases, you will be charged a percentage in advance on the order, which will be defined during the confirmation call.
